Detective Jay Elish has been a member of the Department since 1993 and a member of the Detective Bureau since September of 2001. Detective Elish handles the majority of the reported financial crimes in addition to his general investigative responsibilities.

Detective Elish is a member of the WEB Crisis Negotiator Team. Detective Elish is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
