The City of Bay Village has continued its participation in the Heritage Home Programsm of the Cleveland Restoration Society (CRS). This program can assist homeowners with homes 50 years old or older, in maintaining and improving their properties by providing access to free technical assistance and low-interest financing for home repair and maintenance projects. Residents interested in this program are encouraged to attend the information session scheduled with Heritage Home Programsm
