Finance Department

Responsibilities

The Bay Village Finance Department directs the financial operations for the city. The Department’s responsibilities for fiscal operations of the city include:

  • Accounts payable
  • Cash management
  • Debt administration
  • Investing
  • Municipal income tax
  • Real estate tax
  • Sewer and trash billing

The City of Bay Village is audited annually and has been issued an unqualified audit opinion, the highest rating, for more than twenty years. We look forward to serving our residents, and welcome feedback and questions.
